Bachelor's in social work, psychology, rehabilitation or a related field.
1. Associate?s degree candidates currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree programs and with additional experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
2. A minimum of two years relevant experience in a mental health setting.
3. Associate?s degree candidates must have at least four years of relevant mental health experience.
4. Individuals working with Adolescents must have at least one year of experience working with youth in a mental health setting.
5. Candidates for the position within Residential Services that have less than 2 years experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
6. Basic understanding of mental health services and role of case managers in mental health services.
7. Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) within 6 months of hire and maintain current.
8. Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
