Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Director, Operational Excellence. The Director, Operational Excellence analyzes and optimizes business operations to ensure the highest level of service quality, financial performance and accuracy. This leader is responsible for developing tools and methods needed to measure performance and drive results. The Director, Operations Excellence works with leaders from cross functional groups to execute companywide initiatives. This role oversees a team of professionals dedicated to managing business processes, conducting performance analysis and data quality management.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Leads a team of professionals, including business process analysts, SOP developers, performance analysts, and data quality managers. Sets clear expectations and fosters a culture of excellence.

* Develops data analysis tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and uses this data to make informed decisions.

* Identifies process improvement opportunities and works cross-functionally to optimize operational processes for enhanced quality and efficiency.

* Leads the financial analysis in key business areas including client profitability, pricing models, profit margins, and staffing capacity management.

* Leads the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline operations and ensure consistency.

* Supports the development and operation of the Weichert Workforce Mobility Data Governance strategy.

* Oversees a team of performance analysts responsible for monitoring and measuring various operations (internal and external), identifying areas for improvement and driving higher performance.

* Oversees a team of quality management professionals to establish and maintain quality control processes and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

* Prepares regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, progress, and areas for attention.

* Engages with technology specialists to evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance operations.

* Collaborates with Technical Training to develop training plans designed to effectively implement operational excellence initiatives.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field required

* Master's degree preferred

* Certification in quality management or process improvement methodologies is a plus

* A minimum of six (6) years of experience in operational excellence or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership

* Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives and managing multidisciplinary teams

* Demonstrated experience in driving change management and process implementation

* Strong understanding of quality management systems, process optimization, and performance analysis

* Strong knowledge of business process design, optimization, and SOP development

* Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making

* Familiarity with data management practices

* Proficiency in data visualization and reporting

* Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and lead in times of change and growth

* Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders

* Strong operations management and customer service orientation

* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards

* Ability to drive measurable engagement and advocacy

* Ability to multi-task and focus on competing priorities
