Summer Internship: Brand Merchandise Administrator

2025 Summer Internship

St. Louis CITY SC is looking for a Brand Merchandise Administrative Intern to assist our Director, Brand Merchandise with administrative tasks in our Summer Internship Program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building decks in Canva, Powerpoint, and Keynote
• Attends vendor meetings, taking thorough notes
• Project tracking and archiving
• Tracks purchases from initial purchase to delivery
• Coordinates and receives shipping and receiving packages

Qualifications:

• Incredibly detail oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Extremely organized
• Able to problem solve
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with Canva or Keynote, preferred
