The Echo Technologist/Echocardiographer will work within the Echo/Cardio Dept.

Duties include:




  • Assumes responsibility of echocardiographic testing in the cardiovascular department
  • Includes but not limited to all 2D echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and stress echo tests.
  • Insures proper and economical use of equipment, supplies and other clinical resources employed in the delivery of quality patient care and maintains appropriate records and files



Hours:




  • Full Time, 40hrs per week



Experience/Requirements:




  • Bachelor of Science degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience performing echocardiograms, in a hospital setting
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • Registered as RCVT or RDCS required
  • Echocardiograph certification preferred
  • CPR required




Salary Range: Minimum $31.67 per hour - Maximum $52.23 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
