  • Client & Team Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams, ensuring open and regular communication to guarantee smooth project coordination and successful outcomes. Experience with CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate AIA agreements and manage client relationships with an understanding of how contracts influence deliverables and liabilities. Identify and request additional services when necessary to ensure project and budget alignment.
  • Project Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project budgets and schedules. Monitor progress, provide updates, and make adjustments as needed to ensure both are maintained. Proactively address changes in project scope, negotiating additional time and fees where appropriate.
  • Technical Oversight: Lead the technical aspects of the project, reviewing and guiding the work of architects, designers, and engineers. Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced knowledge in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to guide the team in the effective use of these tools. Present and communicate design concepts and progress using CAD/Revit files.
  • Project Documentation: Experience with Newforma to manage project documentation, track project details, and collaborate efficiently with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation throughout the project's duration. Ensure all necessary approvals and communications are in place to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:
