The Regulatory and Environmental Specialist is responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant environment with the OKC Metro located INTEGRIS Health facilities. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating environmental hazards and risks, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal safety regulations. The specialist works closely with healthcare staff, administrators, and external regulatory bodies to promote environmental safety, infection control, hazardous material management, and overall patient and staff safety.

* Bachelor's degree required
* 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, or related field preferred
* Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards and other relevant regulations
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
