Job Summary
Provide administrative support for a unit's routine business or academic activities.
Minimum Education and Experience

.High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience
Comfortable with MS Office Suite. Financial Reconciliation/Travel Booking Experience preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) temporary hire to fill in as an Administrative Assistant for the Information Systems Area. Assists multiple faculty with business operations of an academic area. Job duties include assisting faculty with reimbursement filings, account reconciliation, utilizing e-procurement software and room/resource access travel plans, and various administrative tasks (making copies, editing documents etc.).

May assist faculty with communications to their students. The employee will serve as the initial point of contact of the area and must be able to work independently.
