Applicants should hold or expect to complete by the beginning of Fall 2025 a Ph.D. in Engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management, or a related discipline, and have demonstrated the potential to conduct a successful research program as evidenced by their publication record and supporting reference letters. The candidate's expertise and documented research activities must demonstrate a strong potential to enhance both the department's research and teaching missions. The successful candidate is expected to build a vibrant, externally funded, highly visible research program and to become a recognized leader in their field. The ability to effectively teach a wide variety of classes related to Industrial and Systems Engineering at both the graduate and undergraduate levels to a diverse group of students is required.
