Retread Manager

We're currently in search of a Retread Manager to perform various daily management duties by overseeing, directing and coordinating activities of the retread plant to ensure its effective operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet production goals with planning skills, work schedules, problem resolution, and correct inventory
• Maintain and repair retread equipment (NDT's, Buffers, Builder and Chambers)
• Managing location staff, including hiring and discipline
• Maintaining a safe and clean store
• Additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 2 or more years management experience preferred
• 5 or more years of Bandag retread experience strongly preferred
• Technical Certificate or Associate's Degree Preferred
• TIA/Bandag Certification or willingness to obtain
• Bandag CRT, ATA, OOSTA, Master Craftsman certified or working to obtain.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp's Tire Service Standards
