As a Security Consultant in our Chicago office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Here's why we need you:

In this role, you will use prior experience and knowledge of technical, physical and operational security elements. You will develop security drawings, create policies, procedures and conduct security assessments.

Expertise of our most successful Security Consultant:

    Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Administration or equivalent and have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the security industry is desired. Experience in leading security design for projects in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Scientific, technology, governmental and office environments.
  • Physical Security Professional (PSP) designation preferred.
  • Candidate should have the ability to pass a personal background (Drug, criminal) and investigations to obtain a U.S Government Clearance.
  • Understanding of in Revit MEP and AutoCAD capabilities.
  • Experience with security systems and infrastructure, including budgets, capabilities, options.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

  • Understanding of building systems spatial requirements and design coordination and a firm grasp on threats, vulnerabilities and security controls.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.

  • Effective working individually and within team environments.
