Mechanical Engineer

• Professional knowledge of a broad range of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and practices and familiarity with other engineering disciplines and architecture;
• Current design and project management experience with all three areas of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection as they pertain to building systems;
• 10 years' experience (minimum) in building system design

  • Mission Critical
  • Centralized distribution systems
  • Healthcare;
• Knowledge of REVIT;
• Overseeing load calculations;
• Developing system applications;
• Engineering program coordination;
• Equipment sizing and calculations;
• Coordination with all trades;
• Energy modeling;
• Signing and sealing drawings;
• Mentorship;
• Project management.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited, four-year university;
• REVIT skills, building energy modeling experience including familiarity with project management or related building sciences program preferred;
• Must have a current professional license in Mechanical Engineering in the US;
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills needed for client interface.

Base Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
