The Cancer and Blood Disorders Institue is looking for an Advance practice provider with a focus on hematology/bone marrow failure with an emphasis on both clinical and research endeavors.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides patient centered, specialized, evidence based care across the continuum through an inter-professional approach to treatment, research, education and advocacy. ARNP's and PA's are board-certified providers that assume responsibility and accountability for health stabilization, promotion, and maintenance of acute and chronic illness or injury. ARNP's contribute to the goals of the department by being accountable for the delivery of compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice as defined by the Florida Board of Nursing and JHACH policy. Through collaborative practice with all members of the care team, this role is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high quality of care provided by JHACH .

Work Schedule: Fulltime, Dayshift, Weekends

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Current Florida State Licensure as ARNP or Physician Assistant

* Current DEA License- if warranted by the patient population

* Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP for ARNPs or Clinical Master's Degree Physician Assistant

* Current BLS and/ PALS

* Current National Certification as a: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- Primary Care, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Acute Care, FNP, Physician Assistant

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

* 1 year of current Hematology/Oncology Advance Practice Professional experience

* Pediatric experience

Salary Range: Minimum 49.54 per hour - Maximum 76.79 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
