What You Will Be Doing The Information Technology Specialist at ChargePoint is a technical professional role, responsible for managing, maintaining, and implementing a broad range of IT systems, including computer networks, hardware, software, data security, audio-visual engineering, and broadcasting. The IT Specialist will apply their technical expertise to install, configure, and maintain our local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. They will perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. The position is also responsible for reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. The IT Specialist will analyze network and server resource consumption. They will control user access, manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. The IT specialist will also install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. They will ensure exceptional technical connectivity for meetings of internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and investors. Responsibilities
Requirements
Location Campbell, CA ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $70,000 to $129,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
