Job Summary Contribute to the improvement of the overall customer experience to generate satisfaction and customer loyalty. Due to the uniqueness and complexity of the product lines, this role is not territory or account specific and is tasked with specialized product and process knowledge and factory relationship management. Provide product support and order management primarily for, but not limited to, Flow and Instrumentation Business Units. Support coverage includes all of the Sales teams, specifically working with Application Engineers and Account Managers for customer support or working directly with end users when required. Select and source solutions to help customers achieve their plant operational, performance, and financial goals. Professional communication and sales training are required as this role will be directly interfacing with the customer throughout the sales process including quotation and closing the sale. Tasks include processing orders, proactive client and coworker communication, and documentation. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
