  • This is a Full Time Year Round Position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Provide support, operate equipment, and manage incoming calls.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests and direct them to the team.
  • Documentation: File, photocopy, and type various documents; take meeting minutes.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information securely.
  • Mail Management: Sort and deliver incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend workshops and read technical materials.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and anticipate office supply inventory.
  • Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and arrange repairs.
  • Upgrade Assistance: Help with owner requests by contacting contractors for bids.
  • Guest Support: Provide resort information to guests and owners.
  • Professionalism: Follow policies, maintain dress code, and foster good relationships.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication within the team and departments.
  • Project Management: Prioritize tasks independently and contribute to team goals.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year of previous administrative field skills and computer skills of word processing, Access, Excel and Microsoft Office
