Staffmark has a direct hire opportunity in Benton, AR for a Shift Supervisor. We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-orientated individual who is looking to make a positive, daily impact in this leadership role. Monday - Friday | 2nd Shift

Pay | $25 - $30 per hour

Qualifications



  • 5 years of experience in metal fabrication
  • Familiarity of AWS Delta and ASIC standards
  • Supervisor experience is preferred


Using your excellent communication skills and customer service skills, this Shift Supervisor role will manage the 2nd shift warehouse team throughout multiple projects.

  • Collaborate with other managers and supervisors to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Ensure efficiency and quality of work from all team members.
  • Plan and oversee jobs.
  • Provide training to ensure employees are following company safety standards.
  • Mentor and guide new team members.
  • Oversee the performance and weekly payroll for team members.
