We are looking for a passionate and collaborative marketing professional to bring their launch and rare disease skills to a complex and difficult to treat category so we can do everything in our power to live up to our mission of defying limitation so that others can too. This highly visible position has been designed for a marketing professional who will be responsible for executing pre and post launch HCP marketing initiatives.

You will report to the Director, HCP Marketing Rare Renal Launch Lead.

This position is based in Princeton or can be remote. Travel is expected 30% of the time based on business needs.

Job Description:

  • The Senior Product Manager of HCP Marketing Rare Renal Launch will support the marketing efforts for the launch of the product to Healthcare Professionals

  • Responsible for the day-to-day development and delivery of key brand deliverables and materials to appropriately market the product (Visual Aid, Website, CRM, Campaigns, Content Development)

  • Support in the development and execution of tactics for a disease state educational campaign and branded campaign (material development, messaging alignment, and tactical execution

  • Work independently and cross functionally both internally and externally with agencies to drive completion of the projects on-time and on-budget

  • Partner effectively with marketing, sales, training, omnichannel, medical, legal, and regulatory teams

  • Become the expert on the clinical trial data, the nephrology competitive marketplace, and HCP customers and their needs

  • Contribute and generate ideas and strategies as result of external insight gathering (through market research, advisory boards, sales input/interactions, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS and 4+ years of healthcare marketing experience or related experience

  • Experience with external customers such as KOLs and advocacy groups

  • Strong budget and project management experience

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • A proven track record that demonstrates breadth and depth across required competencies and achievement of performance objectives

  • Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and vendors

  • Team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Strong leadership is required to contribute to execution of key deliverables

  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams; e.g., Sales, Medical Strategy, Market Research, Learning and Development/Sales Training, and Review Committees

  • Successful track record of launching brands or indications

  • Experience in nephrology and/or highly competitive therapeutic rare disease areas

  • Digital marketing, sales, and market access experience
