Job Summary The Executive Director of Nursing Clinical Operations and Workforce is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategic staffing initiatives for nursing workforce utilization and executing strategic objectives and goals across Cook County Health (CCH). This position will provide strategic oversight and guidance in the development of a centralized staffing plan, oversee CCH retention strategies and establishment of a nursing recruitment pipeline. The Executive Director will be accountable for overseeing Nursing Workforce Management to ensure accurate planning, forecasting, and maintenance of employed and contracted resources across CCH. The incumbent is responsible for adherence to all hospital and department specific safety requirements.
