NSN Social Media Producer

Nevada Sports Net has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, detail-orientated Social Media Producer!

Job responsibilities include:

• Social Media Management
  
  
  
  • Manage NSN's social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Create/implement social media strategy to increase engagement
  • Create promotional videos & graphics for NSN
  • Assist with web management
  • Create 4-7 social-only content items weekly (graphics, videos, etc.)
  • Live tweet major local sports events (Nevada football/Nevada basketball)
  • Report monthly on NSN's social media analytics
  • Assist in marketing/branding NSN content to grow audience and increase brand awareness
  
  
• Production
  
  
  
  • Oversee NSN's podcast efforts
  • Shoot high school and college sports using broadcast & DSLR cameras
  • Experience with Sprout Social is a plus
  • Assist MMJ in shooting features
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years relative experience in the field preferred
• Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud software
• Ability to work with a multitude of people and personalities while maintaining a professional work environment
• Additional training will be provided
