The Program Manager for the Public Safety Department will oversee the development, implementation, and management of security and safety programs across various campuses. This role includes leading initiatives to improve departmental operations, enhancing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with university and legal regulations. The Program Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage projects from conception to completion, analyze data for continuous improvement, and oversee budgeting and resource allocation. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in program management and public safety operations. Education: Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training: Work Experience: Salary Range: Minimum 39.79 per hour - Maximum 63.67 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
