Provide technical support and assist Engineers with structural engineering work. Under the direction of an Engineering or Architectural Consultant, this position will include the documentation of damaged or other existing structures, structural analysis to design repairs for these structures, and reports and drawings to convey the results of these analyses. Assists in the application of scientific principles, engineering methods, and techniques to a variety of projects. A mandatory research project must be completed by the end of the Internship and is expected to require approximately 40 hours of effort. The research topic shall be mutually agreed upon between the intern and supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
