*Night Shift* Production Supervisor *Night Shift*

Tekscend Photomask Round Rock Inc. has an exciting opportunity available for a shift Production Supervisor located at our Round Rock, TX production facility! Our Production Supervisor will supervise the team and direct the shift activities in a production area to meet company goals involving output, quality, and cost objectives. He or she will help develop, roll out, maintain, and utilize departmental standards and procedures.

The successful candidate will specify processes to be performed as well as compile and analyze data to make recommendations for changes required in: equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, and/or new process requirements. Production Supervisors also help prioritize schedules based on product introduction and manufacturing and engineering schedules. Employees in this position are expected to apply for security clearance

Reporting Relationships:

• Direct report to Production Manager
• Direct reports into this role include Production Operators
• Member of site leadership team

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Strong production supervision experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics Industry (3-5 years preferred in a similar role); heavy experience supervising multi-process, multi-discipline areas
• Proficient knowledge of cleanroom operations/practices
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14001, SPC/data management
• High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree; Business or Engineering disciplines preferred

This role will be required to perform within TPRR's designated standards for our Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Information Security Management System. Corporate and/or Sites will define requirements per the applicable standard.

Other Requirements:

• Minimal travel requirements (~0-5%)

This is for the B shift- every other Saturday and Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 6 pm-6 am
