We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage a large-scale transformation program involving ERP, CRM, Procurement, and other application platforms. The role will require close collaboration with various software vendors, selected bidders, and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Procurement, HR, Legal, and IT (Applications & Infrastructure). The ideal candidate will have experience in RFP processes, project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. Coordinate and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration between IT, business units, and software vendors. Monitor project timelines, risks, scope, and customer satisfaction, ensuring successful program execution. Establish and maintain high-level and detailed project dependencies, Gantt charts, and critical paths to track project progress. Identify, mitigate, and monitor project risks while ensuring sensitive information is safeguarded. Ensure on-time deliverables from all stakeholders and manage program scope with change management processes in place. Monitor project budget, provide alerts on potential deviations, and support steering committee preparations and negotiations. Expertise in project management, with demonstrated success in managing scope, quality, schedules, risk, and procurement processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent documentation, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical and process information clearly to stakeholders. Leadership ability to facilitate workshops, drive resolutions, and deliver results. Experience with business/system analysis and programming/configuration skills are a plus. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with MS Project or equivalent tools for project management. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (pivot tables and data manipulation); experience with Figma is a plus. Familiarity with software systems such as SAP S4, Coupa, Salesforce, Boomi, Concur, OneSource, Okta, and Active Directory.
