About you

You're a diligent, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether it is responding to an emergency request, working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections.

In this role, you will

  • Vacuums and cleans out the reflecting pool, pool troughs, and sump pits.
    Cleans light fixtures, exterior furniture, and masonry as needed.

  • Sets up and secures outside furniture.

  • Maintains and waters exterior planters.

  • Inspects light fixtures and replaces lamps as necessary.

  • Delivers water bottles, handles confidential trash, moves office furniture, lifts and moves materials, picks up and delivers material and/or people within the site and away from the site.

  • Prepares rooms and sets up furniture for meetings and events.
    Completes minor carpentry requests and repairs associated with furniture, office workstations, and wall displays.

  • Uses site vehicles (pickup truck, utility carts) both on and off the site property.

  • You provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in building/property maintenance

  • Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects

  • Carpentry experience is preferred.

  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
