Description
Founded in 1996, AMIkids Sand Hills is a privately non-profit, staff-secure residential facility in Patrick, South Carolina, serving the surrounding area. Our program operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, serving kids who have committed a variety of non-violent offenses and are involved with the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice. Our kids living in dormitories on campus in a remote location ideally structured to help them work through their issues and gain the needed skills to return to their families and communities. The Activities Instructor is responsible for the implementation and coordination of experiential and recreational instruction for students, which includes but is not limited to indoor, outdoor, and off-site activities. The Activities Instructor will supervise student activities as required. Essential Job Duties:
