Job Summary
The Compliance Training Manager is a member of the Compliance team and will be responsible for managing the deployment of training internationally. Other key responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing a training matrix, creating training programs and working with internal and external stakeholders to drive a continued positive ethical culture at ZOLL.

Essential Functions

  • Be able to effectively collaborate with the Compliance team, HR and business leaders across business units and functions to identify and analyze training needs, strategically aligning them with business goals

  • Deploy company wide and individual training programs, track completion rates, communicate with stakeholders and provide updates to management

  • Design, update, evaluate and implement compliance and privacy training from new hire to advanced training programs through LMS platforms

  • Develop a training matrix and curriculum on a "blended learning" approach, which could include e-learning, virtual, live, written material and recordings

  • Develop, evaluate and deliver training solutions that meet business needs

  • Optimize training processes for efficiency, internally with employees and consultants and externally with consultants and distributors

  • Select and manage vendors, technologies and technical personnel required to develop, deploy and track training

  • Assist with delivering compliance related training when necessary

  • Support change management training initiatives

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

  • A focus on learning and development; instructional design; or related disciplines

  • A minimum of four years of experience in training and development roles, preferably managing and implementing a compliance training program

  • A demonstrated track record of training program development, optimization, and management

  • Experience working with learning management systems and platforms is required

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry - Device, Pharma or Biotech is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing as well as the ability to draft clear and effective reports, policies etc.

  • Self-motivation and results driven with a solution mindset

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization, across cultures and functions with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, change and to pivot when necessary

  • Project management skills are essential

  • Ability to follow through and complete tasks independently and timely

  • Be excited about 'new' training methods including gamification, micro-learning, interactive platforms and others that will make the program effective

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel approximately 10% both U.S. and internationally

Compensation for this position is ~$120K. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
