Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Agile SAFe Certified Coach with a strong background in banking services to join our team. The background ideal candidate will have proven expertise in agile practices, software development, and organizational leadership, particularly within highly regulated environments. This role involves working closely with clients in the financial sector to implement agile methodologies, enhance team performance, and drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and mentoring to agile teams and leaders within the banking or financial services domain. Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles while considering industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address impediments that affect project delivery within financial institutions. Support the implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices tailored to the needs of financial services organizations. Conduct training sessions and workshops on agile methodologies focusing on applications in the banking or financial services sector. Assist in the development and execution of agile transformation strategies specific to financial institutions. Monitor and report on team performance and project progress, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) 5 or 6 Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in banking, financial services, or a highly regulated industry. Strong understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with experience applying them in the financial services sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams in a regulated environment. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders within the financial industry. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, particularly in addressing challenges unique to the financial services space. Experience in software development and project management is a plus, especially in the context of banking or financial systems.
