Area Line ManagerJob Code: 6790 As the Area Line Manager, you will lead and manage a team of professional associates and supervisors within the electric transmission and distribution sector. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our operations. You will be accountable for the performance and results of your team, adapting departmental plans to address various resource and operational challenges, and making decisions guided by policies, resources, and the business plan. You will receive moderate guidance from upper management and provide subject matter expertise to associates, colleagues, and customers. This position specifically oversees the work of a team engaged in bringing individuals into the trades such as Pre-Apprentices and Apprentices, and advanced line trades such as Repair (Eagles,) Reliability Technician, and Special Tester. We are seeking an individual who brings experience in the electrical industry background including line operations, a solid technical background. Strong interest in the design, implementation of a program and curriculum to attract, hire and train trade apprentices. Key Responsibilities Field Staff Management
