Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Architect, you will lead design efforts for complex projects in the advanced manufacturing sector. Your expertise will guide the development of innovative architectural solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support our clients' business goals. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success from conception through completion.

The Senior Project Architect will be expected to:

  • Lead the architectural design process for advanced manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, and project managers to develop comprehensive design solutions.
  • Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and present design concepts, drawings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture, with a desire or focus on advanced manufacturing design.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Professional licensure is required.
