Floor Installer MSC

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled flooring related maintenance and/or repair throughout the facility.
• Maintains and repairs various flooring parts of the facilities including
• Performs painting as required.
• Initiates work orders.
• Documents all work, closing work orders in the current CMMS software.
• Provides correct list of required materials and/or parts and completes work orders timely.
• Shift work may vary based upon hospital demands and emergencies.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
