This role involves managing employee relations programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and facilitating effective communication between Human Resources Business Partners, management, and employees. The specialist will act as a key advisor to both employees and leadership on employee relations matters. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role. Employee Relations Management:

Salary Range: Minimum $36.49 per hour - Maximum $60.26 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
