Title: Talent Acquisition Partner/Employment Recruiter Duration: 6 months, Potential to convert to FTE Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: Remote CST preferred Hours: M-F between 7am - 5pm CST Pre-Screening Questions: Please describe your experience in Indeed, Avature, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, BI Reports? Elaborate your experience with light industrial recruiting? Have you used Teleo, workday, PeopleSoft, coordinating hiring events, if yes, please describe. Resource's typical working day: 50% of day is spent screening candidates. 25% sourcing candidates, presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders, partnering with sourcers, scheduling interviews, reviewing staffing dashboards, conducting reconciliations with the site's headcount. Updating pipeline reports. Years of Experience needed: Minimum of 2 years of experience, specifically looking for light industrial recruiting. Level of Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Systems/Software proficiencies: Indeed, Avature, Linked In, Microsoft Office, BI Reports. Top Must have Skills: High level of technical organization, need to be self-motivated to reach KPI's. Top Nice to have Skills: Taleo, workday, PeopleSoft, coordinating hiring events.
