We Are Hiring:Nurse Practitioner or PA - Primary Care Fully-Paneled (Watertown) ProHealth Care Medical Associates is seeking an experienced and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Primary Care team at the Watertown Clinic. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a comprehensive care team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across all ages. Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Details:Monday thru Friday - 35 patient contact hours Qualifications:
Licensure: Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating NLC state. Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing. Certification by ANCC or AANP for Nurse Practitioners orPhysician Assistant license issued by the state of practice. PA-C certification by the NCCPA. DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an equivalent certification. Education: Master's degree in Nursing for Nurse Practitioners. Bachelor's degree for Physician Assistants. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is required for this fully paneled provider. Why Join ProHealth Care?
