Description

The Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative functions for designated project to include administrative support, project management,
communication, and budget. Will assist manager with project knowledge.

This position is grant funded

Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Functional Accountabilities
Administrative Support


  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions for designated Project such as organize and maintain department files and records, perform complex clerical duties and analytics, supply and equipment orders, etc.


  • Assist in preparation of Project reports.


  • Provide technical assistance to staff members as needed.


Project Communication


  • Serve as a communication link to other CNHS departments and external groups involved with Project (e.g., coordinate project meeting timelines, convey concerns about project).


  • Independently research, develop, and compose presentation materials and speeches in a variety of settings; prepare charts, graphs, reports and results of work.


  • Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine potential courses of action and develop appropriate solutions.

  • Speak up when team members appear to exhibit unsafe behavior or performance


  • Continuously validate and verify information needed for decision making or documentation


  • Stop in the face of uncertainty and takes time to resolve the situation


  • Demonstrate accurate, clear and timely verbal and written communication

Project Coordination


  • Assist with coordination and completion of projects (e.g., use periodic checks to assess and track the progress of a Project's timeline and/or performance).


  • Assist with budget reports, as needed.


  • Apply substantive knowledge in order to assist and represent manager thoroughly in the scope, diversity, and complexity of project and organizational commitments
