THE JOB:

As a Food Runner at Public House, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive their meals quickly and accurately in this fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the kitchen and service teams to expedite food, maintain cleanliness, and support the restaurant's smooth operation. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you!

THE STARTING RATE:$13.959

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Expedite food from the kitchen to the table, ensuring correct delivery of orders.
• Answer quick guest questions regarding menu items and accommodate special requests.
• Assist with side-work, such as prepping sauces, stocking condiments, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas, ensuring organization and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate effectively to ensure timely and accurate service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work on-call shifts, including day and swing shifts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to carry trays and handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with both guests and kitchen staff regularly.
