Position Summary

Responsible for building repairs, maintenance and coordination of service and supply vendors. This includes responsibility for assisting the Facilities Maintenance Manager in the planning, coordinating, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, office equipment, and building and grounds for all TTCU facilities. Performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities



  • Performs Corporate HQ and Branch building upkeep and maintenance as required including but not limited to: elevators, pumps, air compressors, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to ensure that all these facilities and systems work as needed by employees, members, and stake holders. Assists in the maintenance of building, grounds, office machines, furniture, and equipment. Contacts maintenance vendors and coordinates maintenance activities for all TTCU facilities so that any down time is limited and TTCU business is not unnecessarily interrupted. Completes Service Desk Work Orders as assigned in a timely manner. 70 %
  • Assists the Facilities Maintenance Manager in building inspections of all building systems regularly. Ensures all machinery and equipment are operating within normal parameters and according to OSHA small business practices. Assists in the building, machineries, and equipment inspection throughout each day as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Manager, Director of Facilities, and the VP of Construction Management and Facilities.. 20 %
  • Verifies that invoices of related work accurately reflect the work performed and/or goods delivered as stated. Process invoices for final approval by the Facilities Maintenance Manager. Receives and documents supplies, and other materials delivered by vendors and assists in filling departmental requisitions and work requests to satisfy department needs and minimize interruptions. 10 %


Minimum Qualifications Educational Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Vocational training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or other related area preferred


Certificates/Licenses



  • Stationary Engineering License preferred
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must have a clean driving record; an annual MVR will be pulled to ensure compliance


Level of Experience



  • Experience with purchasing and materials management practices 1 Year Basic
  • Experience in facility operations 2 Years Intermediate

Additional Requirements

Job Knowledge



  • Ability to interpret schematic diagrams, plans and drawings
  • Basic knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, structural (carpentry), appliances, plumbing, and office and furniture equipment.
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of inventory planning, and control
  • Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)



Interpersonal Skills

Intermediate written and verbal communication skills required to work effectively with employees in understanding and solving facility problems and with vendors in planning and accomplishing work in an economic and efficient fashion

Working Conditions

Routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with a moderate level of noise Occasional travel or perform work outdoors in sometimes inclement weather
