HR Specialist

Join a dynamic engineering firm with a dedicated team of 125 professionals, including highly qualified billers with master's degrees in engineering. This role will provide essential support to the HR department during the absence of the Human Resources Director's from December to March.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and assist the HR Generalist.
• Coach managers and provide guidance on employee performance issues.
• Mentor junior HR staff to foster their professional growth.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Manage coaching through performance issues and oversee terminations as needed.
• Collaborate with the COO on strategic HR initiatives.

Additional Information:

• Competitive pay rate, flexible based on experience.
• Maximum of 40 hours per week for full-time; part-time options available 10am-2pm can be flexible.
