The Pharmacy Technicians are responsible for a variety of duties to assist in the preparation and packaging of medications, distribution and delivery of medications, supporting the maintenance of proper inventory levels, and keeping appropriate records and documentation.

Night Shift

Requirements:




  • Requires high school level of educational development and completion of a pharmacy technician educational program
  • Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certified.


  • Requires the ability to successfully pass and complete all competencies and tasks for Technician I and Technician II positions per establishes career ladder policy or 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in applicable institutional pharmacy areas (e.g. hazardous sterile compounding, operating room related preparations, tech-check-tech duties, etc.).
