Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$25.06 - $32.58 / hour

The Plant Operations Educator will be responsible for facilitating the development of Plant Operations technical training, continued education and competencies for all positions within the division through campus-based orientation to on-going staff development. Design, organize, implement and evaluate educational programs that promote professional growth, skill development and competencies for various roles within the division. Create training schedules across all shift and campuses and track outcomes. Coordinate all on-site and off-site training courses to include travel arrangements. Works with Plant Operations Facility Asset Manager to ensure equipment manufacturers recommendations are followed to promote a safe environment. Develop reports regarding all training and maintain records in compliance with DNV and other governmental agencies. Ensures compliance with department policies and procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards and any State of Florida licensing requirements. Assures contracted services have competencies of personnel providing service. Assures tools and equipment used is certified for accuracy.

5 years experience in a Plant Operations maintenance role required. 3 years experience as an Educator with a background in healthcare Plant Operations preferred.

Must have a Valid Florida Drivers License or within 30 days of hire.

Industry certification preferred

Ability to speak to large audiences.
