The Johns Hopkins Float Pool & Resource Office is a centralized team of highly skilled nursing professionals trained in our hospital's care and practice standards. This unit responds to immediate staffing needs across various departments, ensuring high-quality care and operational continuity. As a Nursing Coordinator, you will bring a comprehensive understanding of nursing roles, staffing dynamics, workflows, and clinical operations. You will make efficient, timely staffing assignments or delegate this process to Central Nursing Coordinators, collaborating closely with bed management and Nursing Unit Charge Nurses to ensure bed availability and optimal staffing ratios based on patient placement and care needs. Salary Range: Minimum 48.32 per hour - Maximum 74.90 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
