Your Team:The mission of the PTC Education team is to empower students and educators to succeed in the next generation of industry where physical and digital worlds converge. PTC Education offerings prepare students to design, manufacture, operate, and service things for an increasingly smart, connected world, with a focus on SaaS technologies.

The Education team at PTC is a mix of designers, creators, engineers and educators exploring modern EdTech solutions. As the Onshape Education Customer Success Intern, you will work closely with the Onshape Education Customer Success team and larger education team to identify and implement processes crucial to expanding and consolidating the Onshape business. In turn, you will be directly impacting and improving the education business by optimizing our internal processes and reports. Our team is highly collaborative, and you will work regularly with members across the PTC Education organization.

Your Impact:The Onshape Education Customer Success Intern is a key member of the North American Education Customer Success team as this individual is directly responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate documentation and processes for Onshape customers. In this role, you will work directly with our Onshape customer success representatives and technical advisors to ensure that our processes are documented accordingly and up to date. You will be involved in the execution and measurement of internal enablement efforts and those directed at customers. This role is vital to ensure the quality of internal processes documentation for the PTC Education team and it directly impacts the timeliness of our services.

Your Day-To-Day:

  • Work directly with members of the Customer Success team to ensure the identification and collection of customer success stories
  • Assist with gathering customer feedback and quotes to create testimonials that can be shared externally
  • Work closely with our Customer Success reps to ensure all internal and external facing processes are correctly documented and updated
  • Assist Onshape Education Customer Success colleagues with day to day activities
  • Prioritize emails sent to our support email address and collaborate with different teams to ensure that customer requests are being answered and expectations met
  • Generate and create reports in Excel, Salesforce and other systems

Your Qualifications/Skills:

  • Should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Business Development or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently
  • Understanding or experience working with SaaS related products
  • Interested in the field of Customer Success and how it relates to the customer experience and journey
