Our passion for caring is evident through involvement in our community’s health. We’ve made it our Mission to help people throughout life's journey.

Ownership – accountable, engaged, stewardship, responsive
Integrity – honest, principled, trustworthy, transparent
Compassion – empathetic, merciful, sensitive, kind, giving, forgiving, hopeful
Excellence – safety, quality, distinguished, learning, improving
Service – welcoming, attentive, humble, respectful, exceeds expectations, collaborative

OUR GOAL

Our team is award-winning and for patients who experience a serious diagnosis that would normally require travel outside the region, we collaborate with a national leader in medical research to provide answers here at home. Our membership in the Mayo Clinic Care Network places evidence-based medical research and clinical innovation at our fingertips. Our physician experts and Mayo Clinic experts work on some very difficult cases so that you don’t have to leave the area for care.

OUR TEAM MEMBERS

Our team members are the collective voices of our unique culture and organization, the employees who work at Baptist and serve our communities. Get to know our VOICES in Action, meaning our team members who live and work with our Values of Ownership, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence and Service in mind. The word VOICES comes from the first letter of the words Values, Ownership, Integrity, Excellence and Service. Every team member is encouraged to use his or his voice to make us a better place and help us act on our Mission of helping people throughout life’s journey.
